Judy is passionate about improving access to sport for the underrepresented and underserved in the UK and her role at Sportiva sees her leading the design of coach education including quality and capacity of bespoke padel coaches, particularly engagement with women and young people.

Michael has a passion for doing sport well. He has worked with leading global sports brands including both Manchester United and Manchester City, British and Irish Lions and The Campus at Quinta Do Lago Portugal. He works with investors to manage both procurement and budgets through the design, implementation and operation of sporting projects.

Michael has over 25 years’ experience working as Senior Vice President IMG, the world’s largest sports, entertainment and media business. He has also successfully guided the careers of such Olympic giants as Sir Steve Redgrave, Michael Johnson, Ian Thorpe and Katherine Grainger. In his Sportiva role, Michael will be drawing on his broad range of experience in the design, development and management of facilities, along with his expertise in senior advisory roles within sport.

Mike’s focus is on delivering positive social impact through sport. As chair of GreaterSport and GM Moving since 2016 and having helped to deliver the Rugby League World Cup 2021 as board member and Chair of Risk and Audit, Mike’s understanding of marketing strategy and brand exploitation adds a real edge to Sportiva’s offer.

Paul is an experienced Director of Funds and has managed complex transactional businesses through his role as CEO of GC Business Finance, one of the UK’s leading publicly backed FCA regulated finance providers. Paul’s skill lies in his ability to develop and operate a robust assurance framework, meet regulatory standards and be accountable to commissioners and stakeholders.

Roger was CEO of Sport England where he oversaw the half a billion pounds yearly investment into sport, before becoming CEO of the LTA, leading the completion of a £55m sale of land rights deal with the All England Lawn Tennis Club. As a global business advisor for governments around the world on sports projects, Roger’s knowledge of tennis and his expertise in driving mass participation campaigns makes him a valued member of the Sportiva team.
